The fedex tracking scam is a type of phishing scam that uses the fedex tracking system to fool unsuspecting victims into providing personal and financial information The scammer will create a fake tracking number and send it to the victim, claiming that they have an important package that needs to be tracked. Finally on jan 6th someone at dell (rakshitha in collections), contacted fedex and filed a lost package and i am now off the hook for the cost of the monitor That took 4 months, many calls and emails. Fedex lost my laptop order (and admits it) and dell says it was delivered and won't replace it
So how do i handle this? My husband bought a new laptop for our son, shipped via fedex When it didn't appear the day it was supposed to, according to fedex's tracking infor, we contacted fedex to ask where it was. On friday may 22nd @ 12:04am i was sent an email that my order was shipped and given a tracking number I checked fedex and it said shipping information sent to fedex with an estimated delivery of that day, the 22nd.
