When it comes to rbc, you can have 7 years worth of transactions as another poster mentioned as rbc is obligated to provide this to you You can find all your statements in rbc online banking app for the past 7 years for all accounts located in the statements area. I agree it's made using rbc online banking too much of a hassle So i just don't buy anything where i have to pay using etransfers Most online seeviced are a pita because they get hacked so much the services become nearly unusable.
