The fact that rosaline is a capulet sets the exposition that romeo is a lover and hasn’t bought into this familial warfare That he sees her as completely attainable given the “three civil brawls” could definitely be played as funny It’s unclear how much rosaline actually participated in this romance to begin with

Thus, rosaline is possible in the top 15 as an si priority Overall, rosaline is very viable everywhere in the late game, and she +30 is good to have, but let's not say mandatory.
