There are some very experienced okna dealers on this forum that would know much more about them than i would Perhaps they will chime in I'd be a little more concerned about the crews installing for ww more so than the okna foam issues. Window wizards probably knew about it but the window showed much better with foam in all the chambers so they continued to use the old extrusion figuring the customers would never know the difference and they got caught too This is a black mark on okna and window wizards and one that is going to cost them a lot of money to fix. My rep was very clear that there was no underhanded dealings on window wizards behalf and that they and okna are working closely together to resolve the issue Channel 29 filmed the okna manufacturing facility as part of a story on energy efficiency and used the footage for this expose.
