Even though the purchase did not go through on ebay, paypal still deducted money from my account There is no record of the transaction in my paypal transaction history This is my linked account. I cancelled an e bay order and the merchant has said that the refund would be processed 10 days after i have been told the refund would be processed, i'm still waiting Merchant doesn't acknowledge multiple e mails.
