G hub uses less than 1% cpu when actively in use as another poster said

I noticed that lghub agent went to 80% with cpu usage Did anything like that happen to someone before I killed the task and now it works how it should, but it was really weird For people looking for a fix, just uninstall lg hub and install lgs (logitech gaming software), maybe it looks ugly but it actually works properly Hello u/misterio95, thank you for reaching out and we truly apologize for the experience Please start by creating a backup of your g hub settings if you wish to retain them

Been noticing this for a few weeks now.lghub is topping my computers memory usage (but not quite cpu) Its version 2021.8.792, set to auto update, arx control is off and the only logitech device i use is my g502 mouse I had lighting set to screen sampler, but set it too fixed as i can't imagine that was helping and is a dumb gimmick anyway. Just had this problem after clean installing windows So just that you know if u also did a clean install, installing windows media feature pack fixed it for me Short answer, file lghub.agent won t open if u don t have that installed

Cheers i hope this helps someone

Lost 2 hours of my day fixing this and looking for a solution. Logitech g hub cpu usage problem so when i booted up my pc, i noticed that fps is low for some reason So i opened task manager, and i saw the lghub.exe (logitech g hub application) is eating like 60% of cpu, help The author of this topic has marked a post as the answer to their question Click here to jump to that post. When i connect my g29 to my pc the process lghub_agent takes about 15% of my cpu (10400f), it's normal

I think that is a lot and makes that all works worst and the cpu gets hotter Thank you in advance for any help. Refund your product, get something proper Or if you really need to stick to logitech, get something that still works with the logitech gaming software, which still works perfect. If you are still experiencing issues with g hub installation/update, try the following Navigate to c:\\users\\(username)\\appdata\\roaming and delete the lghub folder

Navigate to c:\\programdata and delete the lghub folder.

The process is running as a windows service (lg, wtf?) restart computer > check that the lg service process is not running Download an uninstaller of your choice I'd recommend bulk crap uninstaller (github), or you could purchase revouninstaller Use the program to uninstall the lghub entirely.
