As someone who needs to build up experience in remote work, is flexjobs a good way to get the ever elusive experience or is it just a waste of time? The only one i even considered applying for that was posted on flexjobs had already been on indeed for over a week i had just missed it because it said remote in xx rather than remote. Flexjobs, virtualvocations, and jobleads all sit behind a paywall though I’m a long term indie contractor and gave them a 6 months whirl in 2014 and one month in 2021. ⚠️ fraud alert ⚠️ we are aware of fraudulent activity whereby individuals impersonating flexjobs or flexjobs employees are contacting job seekers regarding employment opportunities in exchange for compensation.
