Anydesk has some of the worst customer service i've ever experienced, which saddens me because i was really wanting to use this as a teamviewer alternative so at first i just made this post for my problem

When i go to enable the security settings on anydesk, it asks for my password and then does nothing after I cannot set up unattended access, which is what i need to be able to work on that machin. Anydesk confirmed today that it suffered a recent cyberattack that allowed hackers to gain access to the company's production systems Bleepingcomputer has learned that source code and private. Anydesk free has a limit of 3 devices for *unattended* access, but i don't need that, all support sessions will be at the request of the other person Can anydesk free be used for more than 3 devices for attended support access only?

I downloaded and installed anydesk (free licence) in ubuntu 18.04 Oh to the irony that anydesk was founded by ex teamviewer employees because they didn't agree with the way teamviewer was developed. The anydesk repositories are signed with an outdated key Curious if anyone knows what this file is doing Seeing remote tech support scammers running anydesk then dropping this. Anydesk client lost the set password (remote side accept only)

I have recently set up a brand new desktop pc (windows 10) and set up the latest anydesk 8.0.6 as usual, with a full access set password configured

The pc is not connected to any mouse, keyboard or monitor and physically it is at a remote location.
