I think its fine to have some champs only good in pro play and some only in solo q If you make kat good enough to be played on competitive she will be way too busted in solo You would have to completely remake the champ and kat mains would hate that as she is just so fun to play. I don't really see the point There are scripts for decompiling the script files, and scripts to unarchive the data files.
