Moxie is the name of a regional soda that used to only be available in northern new england and it's advertising caused it to become a term people said. So his first order is a espresso coffee with a bit of milk prepared with a neapolitan coffee maker And his second drink is a shot of espresso used in a dessert (maybe with the ice cream in the drink?) and a concentrated shot of espresso with equal part soy milk with vanilla syrup concentrated at the bottom.
