There are temperaments with regard to which a man is forbidden to follow the middle path He should move away from one extreme and adopt the other If a man is only humble, he is not following a good path Rather, he must hold himself lowly and his spirit very unassuming. Well this is a great little outline that i picked up during my class on spiritual development, with one of my favorite professor's of all time, dr Sanguine, choleric, melancholic, and phlegmatic [2][3] most formulations include the possibility of mixtures among the types where an individual's personality types overlap and they share two or more temperaments.
