The griffin police department is a full service agency with positions for 83 sworn personnel and 11 civilians who are committed to deliver police services to the citizens that live, work and visit the city. Although each department has its own specific responsibilities, staff members collaborate across divisions to achieve the overall goals set by the griffin city commissioners and the city manager.
