Howdy all, i've got this piece of baltic amber from my dad's collection which i polished one side of (i loved the look of the rough, natural surface of the back side) I've gotten it pretty decently polished using strips of cardboard, fine grit sandpaper, and coarse paper towels, but was wonderin. More than 1% are genuine Are more than 98% inauthentic This is a sincere question I would have assumed “1%” was a typo, but my knowledge of amber is too limited to make assumptions.
