Since she has family there, she wants her kids to be in close proximity to someone who can assume guardianship once she gets arrested and sent to jail while awaiting trial. I think they’re on better terms now cos wendi is very close with dasha zhukova and introduced rupert to his current girlfriend, dasha’s mother.
