Have had the service for about 3 weeks I get a care code of 201 saying login or password is incorrect I’ve changed it multiple times to no avail My login is different from my at&t account logins…but it was all set up by an at&t service agent. In order to log into either my att account, directv account, or verify my subscription using a firstick app i need to reset my password The login issue shortly after the data breach.
I've tried changing user names and passwords, the two accounts have completely different usernames and passwords. I have att fiber and just switched from directv to directv stream I am unable to access directv stream because it will constantly try to either 1) take me to my directv standard account or 2) if i do try to log into directv stream separately with a separate id i have created for it, it tells me Check your entry and try again. Account login issue i have tried without success to get directv and at&t to understand that it is very confusing using the same login page to access my account I recently messaged at&t to get assistance and they sent the standard account authorization.
