I have been unable to download my credit union transactions to quicken since december 5. I received a notification from my bank texas trust credit union that they were updating their online banking website and that we would need to create new user names and passwords. Since the texans cu system upgrade of nov 1, my accounts do not connect or synch via quicken connect This has been working for as long as i can remember, until now I use quicken premier mac v6.0.1, macos catalina (10.15.7) When i try to associate accounts, the list that comes back from the cu only shows one account instead of the five i have
A quicken support rep was able to get me past. I have a credit union credit card, and they do not allow syncing via quicken I use this card for almost everything and then pay it off each month There are far too many transactions for it to be practical to put in manually Since a large percentage of my outflows are on this card, its undermining the value i get out of quicken. I have checking and savings account at my credit union
Has anyone been able to reconnect and download transactions from scu since service credit union (servicecu.org) updated its online banking platform? I am a brand new quicken user, and i am trying to add greater texas credit union to my accounts to track the money i have there I cannot add gtcu (it's actually called greater texas federal credit union, fyi). I can no longer bring my cd accounts to quicken since the software change at genisys credit union They all come over at 0$ balance I haven't been able to connect my navy federal credit union accounts to quicken.
