🥳 it all started with a mission to break down barriers for musicians and fans all around the world To give back, we’ve got some cool prizes up for grabs in our #bl50m giveaway. 15k subscribers in the bandlab community The cloud platform where musicians and fans create music, collaborate and engage… I saw that bandlab just added a new feature where we can share our custom vocal presets I use the same vocal presets for all my songs & i also apply it to any vocal collabs (with eq adjustments based on voice pitches)
Bandlab is a cloud based service which is why you can collaborate with others on your projects remotely over the internet It's also why you'll experience latency and if the server goes down or you lose internet access you'll run into issues Cakewalk by bandlab is a free, downloadable daw It's what i use to do full band tracking Comes with some drums and some synths Not a ton, but what's there is usable
But if you want to work on pc, it's a really good option. For the longest time bandlab worked fine, i use a usb microphone to record and also a scarlett solo audio interface for bass guitar When i tried to select a device to record today, it automatically switched to no device. this happened with every input i had, not just the interface I have no idea what to do, i can't record anything. Close all applications except the bandlab web page and ensure you have the yeti selected in the source area input on a new voice/mic track Also, just to be super diligent, ensure the mute button isnt pressed on the yeti, and turn the volume up on the yeti mic
Make some noise and see what happens. I have been on bandlab since 2021 I loved it from the day i opened it first I have never really seen anything like it before, it was wonderful I slowly learned to make music on bl and made a few good friendships as well But from 2023 on, the devs changed
Fast forward a year into the future and now they are offering. Hi, i just started using bandlab about an hour ago A friend of mine gave me a sound card, the audio 8 dj, and he suggested i should record with my computer instead of using the voice recorder on my phone Bandlab offers a ton of utility and variety at no cost, so i'm definitely eager to fool around with it for a while. Hi, i'm new to bandlab Whenever i record audio with any mic and attempt to play it back, the screen will show that there is audio playing, but my laptop will not play any sound
Is there any troubleshooting i can attempt It doesn't seem like anything is muted, my laptop volume is all the way up, but none of the tracks are outputting audio.
