You can try pounding on some doors, i've always been told no for permission out there I think your best bet would the inland paper The elk that i know of out there are close to newman lake and into post falls. I have 90 acres of timber and wetlands in southern spokane county (near spangle, wa) with access to several hundered acres of adjacent timber and farm land My family all struck out on late buck tags this year and we are in the process of building a house I could use some help completing my project and there may be some on here who drew tags and looking for spots to hunt
Inland paper co around mica peak for grousei believe inland paper has sold that piece of land to the spokane county parks dept.;ie A small piece of dnr property on mica peak is about it for any public hunting and the now high use by hikers makes it pretty marginal In years past, i have shot grouse in that area, but the long, uphill hike to reach the ip property boundary to. I went elk hunting today on mica peak and it was definately combat hunting except no one was shooting I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips on hunting mica peak I am hopefully going again on thursday

Taking the liberty lake trail up sounded good but about half way the 5 year old was feeling it so if i could drive up closer then i can make it in further Kiddos love being out in the wild and for scouting i really like bringing them along so they can get involved and have fun tracking. Idaho 2025 controlled huntsgot the email my wife didn't draw controlled deer, so hit the portal I didn't draw controlled deer either, only thing i put in for other than the unlimited archery pronghorn which will be fun Waiting in line to see if she drew a rifle pronghorn She drew an elk tag last year and i'm just buyin a capped elk tag so we didn't put in for elk this year. There is a long list of properties that hunters have access to in washington I am familiar with numerous properties in these programs, there are some quality hunting opportunities available to hunters
