With my modest pc i normally get 25 to 30 fps but every 60 seconds a huge stutter occurs and my fps drops to 10 First of is a new wind and icing update Also, weather radar pics up moisture not physicle form of clouds which strangely many think So you need to be in a weather state with lots of precipitation ps.
