Ring spotlight cam + solar not working, reporting 208% phantom battery I have had a spotlight cam + solar panel up for a while (i think installed it last spring) It was working great, charge was always topped off for the single battery i had in the camera The camera itself was very protected from the elements as it was mounted to the underside of an overhang over our backporch (at least 7. I'm having the same problem The official one isn't in stock til spring and can't seem to find any 3rd party compatible supply on amazon, ebay or anywhere else I found that there are 2 small spring loaded pins inside the unit that make contact with 2 screw terminal posts on the back casing However, i noticed only one of the pins was extended. Well i guess i’ll see how long the batteries last on these 2 cams, i’m hoping till spring but i doubt it I’m extremely disappointed in this setup and lack of plain, prominent, installation information that comes with the cam and solar panels.
