Pick your color from the windows colors, not the recent colors If that doesn't work then please file the issue in the feedback hub. I use to be able to set my taskbar color but now it defaults to an ugly yellow I want light mold but i want to… On windows 11 you can restore color like this Go to settings > personalization > colors, set choose your mode to dark (or custom with default windows mode ), then turn on show accent color on start and taskbar and pick an accent color (automatic or manual). The taskbar is a lot lighter, the start menu has changed colour too I did a system restore and that brought it all back to how i like it but then i was prompted to reinstall the updates, this has made all the colours change.
