I've found a very reliable fix when you click play on wow classic and the game doesn't launch but is visible in the task manager First close the game in the task manager Run dxdiag, when it is completed, choose the scan and repair wow classic in the battlenet launcher Let the scan and repair reach 10% or more. Make sure you put /startattack after heroic strike/cleave so that it gets applied before your attack goes off.

Several wow classic rogue discords have them, i imagine it is the same for warriors That'll allow you to see how different items can affect your total dps The reason for that is we don't have good data to make a golden rule on hit value beyond reaching cap At 305 weapon skill you only need 6% hit for soft cap. There is no real criteria here I didn't go with x roms per system, or the top 100 according to some list
