New members, introduce yourself here! Already changed two wheel bearings, a cv axle, and transmission mount to no effect Finally fixed by replacing other front bearing despite elsewhere on the internet saying it wasn't the culprit Hi, i have a 2005 matrix xr with 260k miles It's fwd with automatic transmission and pink fuzzy dice The car has developed a hum.

I have a flashing vsc off, check engine, and traction control lights all coming on at once I have a 09 gt with the 2.4l motor and at Does anyone have an idea what this might be It costs 80 bucks around here just to get the code read and the last time they were wrong and just wasted my. Which oil is the best for a motor which has 70k miles I thought of switching to synthetic

Car will be used daily city driving mostly

Your opinion would be helpful Thanks peter ps we live in a warm and hot part of the country central west florida 06 vibe stock for now 84 carrera911also white 00 mustang gt vert The vibe's headlight housing rubber boot is about 1cm deep and fits perfectly over the barrel of the halogen bulb The assembly i used only had about 2mm of space on the barrel, which required folding and flexing the rubber boot to make it fit Fortunately the rubber boot is very flexible (at least in the summer).

2009 vibe steering rattle by olsjason » sun feb 12, 2012 8:52 pm hello, i recently purchased a 2009 vibe 1.8 fwd, and as soon as i got it home i noticed a rattle coming from the steering column area It occurs at low speeds (parking lots, driveways, etc.) and i can duplicate the noise by jiggling the steering wheel back and forth with the car off. The 1.8l vibe has better/about the same responsiveness as the 2.4l pt cruiser and the vibe gets another 6 mpg overall Also i had more faith that the vibe would have better long term reliability.as for the 09 electric power steering, i think i preferred the hydraulic ps on my 2003 better but it's not that big a deal.
