This template has been produced to facilitate the formal documentation, in the form of a report, of a privacy impact assessment (pia) It complements the accompanying guide available on the commission's website. Collection of pii in those cases is covered by the individual program's pia. Privacy liaison officers (plos) are responsible for initiating & tracking pias, as well as supporting the annual review of their offices’ pia inventory.
