Aspen dental has some of the best lobby and attorneys they get away with so many things because they can just pay off their local reps in the government or they’ll just pay a fine and call it part of doing business
There is always pressure on the people that work there to meet their bonus goal. Aspen dental purposely squeezes the owner, dentist that they themselves give strict directives to about how much profit the practice should have This pressure trickles down to staff and the dentist On my second day, working at aspen dental, i saw a real time, the office manager, pressuring the dentist into selling a denture for someone who did not need dentures just to make a profit.
