In this study, we investigate the salience of the mediating role of organizational identification in explaining the process by which transformational leaders elicit higher performance among followers. This study examined the role of transformational leadership and means efficacy on work performance among beverages manufacturing companies listed on the zimbabwe stock exchange that have been operating in the vuca environment for the last 5 years.
