In particular i wanted to see how iptv works I'm running linux mint 22 and although kodi will install there is no section in the addon folder for pvr clients I've tried a few things to install simple iptv pvr through software centre and through the command line but it never shows up. First of all i want to say thank you for all your work and support and great work you do I was using kodi with pleasure with previous webos versions but today i just updated my television ( 65g26la) to new version ( 23.20.56) and noticed that kodi is not working anymore I deleted it and installed again from homebrew store but results didn't change
I wanted inform you and also. I have kodi installed on an nvidia shield and i am trying to link it to the nas (synology ds916+) Kodi is connected to the same network as the nas but i am unable to add the nas as a source for my videos and music How can i fix this issue? Wow i take back what i originally stated in this message I just checked in with the latest version and tried the detailed information option
It's like you read minds Happily migrated back from the original fuse!! But while playing any show or movie, audio stops at every 10mins or so and the video continues Only way to bring back the audio is to go back and reopen the same show and forward to last watched position Any idea how to fix it? Without actually telling us the repository and / or zip file your are trying to install how can anyone possibly know what is going on to be able to help you
You’re not adding the correct url or the url is outdated Again we are not mind readers and can’t tell without knowing what you are trying to add As you are new the forum be sure to review the forum rules, piracy. Check the log for more information about this message Did you check your log To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log
Enable debugging in settings>system settings>logging, 2 If some file has been downloaded via android browser, it can be found in /sdcard/download folder If some file has been downloaded via kodi's file manager it shows up in root folder of the file manager What i wanted to do was to move the file from /sdcard/download to the kodi file manager's root folder so it could be accessed without need to click on add source > browse > root filesystem etc. I'm trying to map the ir remote channel up/down buttons to nextscene/previousscene however i can't tell what is being seen by kodi when i press those buttons on the remote Pressing the channel down button while on the kodi home screen will move the selection down one page, as if i'd pressed the page down key on my keyboard
I enabled debug logging and pressed the page down/up keys which moved. Bring up the video osd Then navigate to the subtitle settings setion and enable the subtitles Then navigate one step back, scroll down and hit save for all files (or similar) Then that setting will apply to any video media in your library.
