I can access mygov app hoever when i try and use the ato service i need to login with mygov which is fine but cannot get a code from the code generator app There is also no option for sms or email code I have tried to make a new mygov id however my id cannot be verified with the new mygov id (and a different email address was needed). I cannot link using the normal procedure online to link my mygov to the ato, i need to talk to someone on the phone Is there another way because it seems impossible to get a linking code as they don't answer any of their phones?
