Looking at your rocket, i'm thinking you need a bigger rocket, and probably a few more years of experience flying high power rockets Even with the biggest loki motor, the m1378, you would still come up short by a few hundred feet That motor is almost 4 ft Your design would not be long enough to hold that motor, and would probably not. Long story short i just got my level 1 over the weekend and flew it low and slow But now i might like to reach for the stars as it were lol
I know these egg timers are suggested but yes. We’re building a 3” rocket for my son and we want to separate the payload bay and nose cone from the booster with separate parachutes Sim works great for our motor choices I’ve even weighed the payload/nose and the booster separately to pick.
