So many people question how good is the zillow zestimate valuation and want to understand how the computer algorithm works I think the zillow estimate is a bit too high The houses that have sold for over $600k are all larger than this house I was told the outstanding mortgage was $450k, so the bank would be losing money if it sold for less I do not know if the bank would write off the loss Regardless, i hope the house sells, as it was a very nice with hardwood floors and custom woodwork.
