I am an official xfinity employee Official employees are from multiple teams within xfinity We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation Roku tv and a roku express 4k + and pluto is doing this on both devices I have updated both rokus, the pluto tv channel itself, deleted and reinstalled the channel, reset my internet connection (internet is just fine) and did a factory reset on I’ve performed all of these steps on both devices, but plutotv still doesn’t work.

After the may firmware update i've been experiencing issues with both the pluto tv and youtube apps/channels having bugs when exiting them Pluto tv app, not signed in, can't sign out i had an existing tcl roku tv for over a year now and no issues
I purchased a second tcl roku tv last weekend and everything is working great on it except for the pluto tv app When i start the app it says welcome back and that i'm signed in, but i never provided my credentials.
