For general damage build with noxious blossom, thornwood vine is really good for setting up poison, so [ [choking pollen]] gets value in a clumped situation (area increased by blossom swell). Lunara's sustained damage through poison, especially if she can spread it to several heroes, makes it very inefficient for uther to keep people topped up, leaving them more vulnerable to follow up fights or ambushes.
