Bunkr is hosted by bulletnet ltd (by what cloudflare says, but i wouldn't trust their info too much) What we can get from cloudflare seemed a bit suspicious/unclear/shady. Gofiles seem to be having trouble, but bunkrr is working properly If it a illegal site you should have been greeted by a message that the site is blocked by the ntc or if pldt considered the site suspecious, to ask for permission to partially monitor your communication with the site until they can considered safe to use again But they dont block file sharing site due to its nature of it.
