Started hunting maybe around age 40 I'm still waiting on my best buck Have seen a decent buck in the woods on only 2 occasions While other guys in the club seem them all around me and even at the same spots i've sat I keep thinking it's a just a matter of time and be happy with the doe and spike meat in the fridge in the meantime. Finally back in a ks tree
I’m in a ladder in a big cotton wood in a creek that divides a giant milo field I’ve never been here before but it lays out sweet It’s cool at 41 and the persistent ks breeze is ne or supposed to be but it’s currently in my left ear hole Morning mrfish morning trad went out 1st thing and stoked up my hot coal bed up under big giant chunk on the ground that was the last cut off the trunk of huge red oak Tree guys couldn’t even move that piece, and it had a small gap up under it with another good sized chunk Jim thompson live from the tree lone doe (or a giant button) coming this war across the pasture to the west about as far as i can see

I’m in a ladder on a giant cotton wood on a woods choked creek drain between milo field and a pasture It’s very very tight in here Most shots are 15 yards which is great but probably won’t see them until 14.12 yards away
Yep i’ve been patiently waiting also , wow , just like always , beautiful pictures of some healthy bucks Them grandkids haven’t had any luck That first picture is of a giant in the making but boy would he be hard to pass up #samelawsforallgeorgians.
