This is dependent on libncurses.so.5 I am not able to find how to install it on ubuntu 24.04 What is the difference between creating.deb files and installing them and just running a.run file? The ubuntu upgrader seems to be able to translate to the new format, but how to convert.list files one can still find online ? I want to create a deb file manually I would like to just provide a folder which contains data to install, and a script to be executed after installation
