A better translation for heiter imo is merry This carries the double meaning of bright/cheerful and being drunk Frieren is mostly a loner who adventures helping those along the way, serie created the largest magic union in order to establish a core of mages Both have been shown to reluctantly take on apprentices but be deeply invested in the ones they have And of course flamme stated that serie is a mage for wartime, while frieren is a mage of peace. With episode 26 of the anime now wrapped up, this officially concludes our initial introduction to the magic system in frieren's universe
However, with these revelations, there comes further questions which i would like to share my take on, particularly 1/ frieren's magic system and what do we mean by perfect visualisation 2/ what makes übel's way of thinking so unique and why don't.
