I want to attract boys I want a nice shape and a big butt Can anyone tell me if you have tried daisy keechs workouts, and if they have worked Also any recommendations for other workouts would be great! So i've been doing daisy keech's hourglass workouts for about 2 and a half weeks now but recently i've noticed my sides, (i don't know the proper name for it) located above the waist and around the sides of your chest, ribcage area. No calorie counting, no food restrictions, no weights, no cardio

Eventually my body started to crave the dopamine i would get from those little workouts which eventually led me to joining a gym. A fitness influencer i follow (daisy keech) has an hourglass body type similar to my goal She’s talked about eating more calories to build muscle So, by upping my calorie intake, i gain muscle By reducing my calorie intake, i lose fat So how do people lose fat and gain muscle at once??

From what i can see, it sounds like one or the other.
