I'm looking for a small love seat to put at the end of my bed because i like to watch tv in my bed room but i don't like sitting in my bed I found this couch and like it, but some of the reviews online of west elm furniture are scary It probably will be used about once a week.not everyday. We had a bad experience with west elm after our large sectional arrived minus two legs The large sofa sizing was identified only on the us west elm site, and this caused mayhem and confusion for the canadian service teams, managers, and distribution/shipping people. West elm can vary— look to their contractor / commercial grade stuff if you want stuff that lasts

Don't buy west elm furniture!! The worst purchase i ever made was a bed i bought at west elm The bed was basically a ripoff of the architecture bed from room & board Back then, the architecture bed sold for $1100 and the west elm version was around $750 I waited for a sale and paid between $500 and $600 (i don't remember exactly) I got more compliments on my bed than on.
I’ve been shopping for a coffee table, media console, and end tables and i like west elm’s pieces, but i know they are… Like, i see cute stuff from good brands (i.e Not crappy west elm) in the price range i want but when you dig into the reviews they're a horror show I received the west elm harmony sofa I want to share my experience since there aren't many reviews or resources available I ordered the sofa harmony sectional
I noticed many stores like crate & barrel and west elm offer free design services I am curious if anyone has used them and is the service any good Soon i will be giving my living room and dining room a makeover.
