When i turn the computer on it boots immediately into windows with the cpu fan at full speed(cpu temps are fine), however i cannot get into the bios to adjust settings Additionally before it goes to windows, it is just a black screen On 3rd power cycle, the system goes through about 2 minutes of random codes and then eventually the monitor turns on and it boots Everything works fine once it boots, i stress tested cpu in cinebench, gpu in 3d mark, and ran memtest86 for 8 hrs with no errors.
