I have been using this load for many years Ipsc major power factor load is 200 swc 8 grains of aa#5 My midway loading manual for 200swc lists unique charges from 4.8 to 7.0 grains It looks like you are under the upper limit. Bullseye, being a flake powder, is popular but doesn't meter through the uniflow as nicely as 231 I don't really believe you need to find data for your exact bullet?
I use 3 to 3.5 grains of bullseye, or a similar charge of titegroup.
