Void sword has higher rarity and better damage stats than aote it will always do more damage the only way you can get aote to do more damage is to wear full strong dragon armor or reforge to warped, both of which are not worth doing at your stage of the game (or ever usually) Prior to the 0.19.10 update, it was better to reforge the aspect of the end to heroic for more intelligence once the player had a better weapon to use for damage, but now the warped reforge gives equal intelligence (more when recombobulated) and higher damage and strength. The aspect of the dragons is really good after the raider's axe, aspect of the end, and void sword, and combined with the dragonfuse glove, makes it a really good mid game weapon. Aspect of the end fullfills an entirely utilitary niche, being then latter upgraded to the aspect of the void and being able to acquire the etherwarp transmission ability It's not a sword you will keep for damage, but because its a great qol item (which you will use mostly anywhere, really).
